What’s the difference between User Name and Client Number?

You know the term “Client Number” from SERVIS 24 or Business 24. This is a ten-digit numeric code which we assigned to you when setting up SERVIS 24 or Business 24 and which was used to log into these services. With the transition to Banking IDentity and George, we are introducing the User Name. It is up to you to choose your User Name, on one condition – it must be unique.

All the SERVIS 24 users who will be transferred to the new George internet banking will retain their ten-digit Client Number as the User Name; after the transfer is finalised they will be able to change it at any time to something which is easier to remember.
