Even we send marketing communication – i.e., information about new products, services or special offers – to our clients on occasion. Soon a new address will be added to those we use to send such communication: ceskasporitelna@info.csas.cz. Thus, we will begin using what is called a third-level domain.
What is a domain?
It is the part of an email address that follows the at sign. Or it forms part of a website address. It is unique and composed of three parts, which. by the way, are read from back to front. The first two (starting from the back) are mandatory. In our case cz and csas. The third is only used to specify content and can take on practically any form.
We use an alias
When you look at our new email address, you will only see our “alias”, which is simple: Česká spořitelna. The entire email address, including the new domain, will only be displayed when you click on it. Today, this is standard. If you look in your inbox, you will see lots of companies using third-level domains.
A secure domain
Our using a third-level domain changes nothing about our approach: we will continue to observe all security best practices for email content. You can verify the new domain on our website. The link from our email communications (for example, a request for feedback) may take you to a website with the info.csas.cz domain. Do not worry: it is absolutely secure, just like the website with the csas.cz domain.
Why are we adding a new domain?
Our marketing communications will now be generated on a new platform that will allow us to respond better and faster to your needs. It will also allow us to use more interesting graphics. We are confident that that you will find our marketing messages useful and appealing.
In connection with the third-level domain, we will naturally be observing all security best practices for email and website content.
