• Sending payments or paying online by card
• Withdrawing or depositing cash at our ATMs
• Handling general enquiries on our information line

What will still work

• Paying by card in physical shops
• Withdrawing cash from other banks’ ATMs
• Calling our information line +420 277 207 207 to block your card or Bank IDentity

What we recommend

If you need to send money, check your balance or shop online, please do so by Friday 11:59 PM at the latest.
