The message is fraudulent and its only objective is to elicit the client’s personal information.
We strongly warn against any responses to such an e-mail.
Please pay increased attention to the e-mail messages you receive, especially to attachments and active links contained in those messages. Should you have any questions, please contact us at our toll-free telephone line at 800 207 207. Should you discover a fraudulent e-mail, please send it to us at phishing@csas.cz.
Basic security principle:
Never provide your security information to anyone; the bank never requests it from its clients!
If you adhere to the principles for safe use of Internet Banking (www.csas.cz/bezpecnostnidesatero), you will minimise the likelihood that your money will be abused.
