June: SWIFT Confirmations, Account Balance, and Payment Confirmations

Last Article Update 30.01.2026

Starting in June, you can take advantage of several new features in George Business. We have added the option to request SWIFT confirmations for international payments and the ability to display account balances when exporting transaction history to Excel.

SWIFT Confirmations for SEPA and International Payments

When entering one-off SEPA or international payments, you can request a SWIFT confirmation of the transaction.

How to request a SWIFT confirmation?

  • At the bottom of the payment form, under “SWIFT confirmation on payment execution,” tick “Receive it via email.”
  • After ticking the box, you will see a field with a pre-filled e-mail address where the SWIFT confirmation will be sent. You can edit the address if needed.
  • We will send the SWIFT confirmation once the payment has been processed.
  • This is a paid service according to the current price list.

Opening and Closing Account Balances in Transaction History

Since April, information about the opening and closing balance of an account has been available when searching transaction history and when printing it as a PDF.

As of June, this feature has been expanded: you can now also display these balances when exporting transaction history to Excel. If you search transactions across multiple accounts, you can also view opening and closing balances in the Excel export or in the PDF printout.

Exporting Transaction History to MS Excel

Export from a single account

  • In the account's transaction history, search for the desired transactions for a selected period and click “Export” in the top-right corner.
  • In the panel that opens on the right, choose the “MS Excel (.xlsx)” format, select the fields you want to include, and keep the “Opening/closing balance” option checked under “Options.”
  • Review the preview at the bottom and click “Download.”

Export across all accounts

  • In the top blue bar, search for transactions for a selected period.
  • Click “Export” in the top-right corner. In the panel on the right, keep the “Opening/closing balance” box checked.
  • If the results contain transactions from more than 10 accounts, balances will be shown only for the first ten.

E-mail Confirmation for Manually Entered Bulk Payments

Just like with one-off payments, you can now request an e-mail confirmation when manually entering a bulk payment.

  • In the first step of entering the bulk payment, tick the E-mail confirmation box and provide the e-mail address where the confirmation should be sent.
  • Then select the language in which the confirmation should be issued — Czech or English.
  • Once the payment is processed, we will send the confirmation of the bulk payment to the specified e-mail address.

You can also request an e-mail confirmation when creating a payment template or when using a template to enter a payment.
