User types
George Business distinguishes between two main categories of users with different permissions:
Authorized users
Administrators
Permission levels
Permissions determine what each authorized user can see or do within George Business. Permissions can be set at the following levels:
- Users – by selecting a specific user, the administrator can configure that user’s permissions for various products and tasks associated with the workspace. The administrator can also remove the user from the workspace (by clicking on the three-dot icon).
- Products – by selecting a specific product (accounts, cards, loans), the administrator can manage the permissions of individual users for that particular product.
- Add ons – here the administrator manages workspace-related permissions, such as card management (e.g. requesting new cards) and daily limits of users (the maximum transaction amounts).
Permission settings are available only to the administrator. They are accessible via the profile, which is located in the blue bar in the upper right corner. The menu that opens contains the "Permissions" item in the "Company Settings" section.
If authorized users notice that they do not have access to certain features in George Business, they should contact their administrator, who will check and adjust the permission settings.
