Payment Card Request

A new payment card can be ordered by an administrator or a an authorized user with permission Card management. More about card management authorization can be found here.

Card issuance requests can only be initiated in the George Business web application.

Ordering a New Card

If you are a card manager, you can access the card request in two ways:

How to fill out the payment card request:

  1. Select the account to which you want to issue the card, if you started the card request process from the “Cards” section. If you started the process from the current account detail, the account number will be automatically filled in the request.

  2. Select the card type and, if applicable, its design.

  3. Select the cardholder. If you do not find the cardholder in the list, use the “New” option and fill in the required details.

  4. Set the permanent daily card limits for payments to merchants, online payments, and cash withdrawals.

  5. Select the method of delivery for the card, the PIN, and the delivery time (standard or express).

  6. In the summary, read the documents and confirm the request by clicking the “Create card” button.

  7. Click the “Finish” button to return to George Business.
