What to expect during the transition

We have set everything up so that the transition to George Business is quick and efficient, ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations. The transition can be completed online or with an assistance from a banker. You will be informed via BUSINESS 24 and email as to which method is best for you (whether you are a statutory representative transferring a company or an authorized user).

When the transition will take place

You will be notified about everything that will happen and needs to be done via BUSINESS 24, email, and SMS well in advance.

Two weeks before the transition begins, you will receive an SMS and email notification. On the day the transition starts, an information window will appear in BUSINESS 24, and you will receive detailed instructions via SMS and email, along with a formal notice of termination from BUSINESS 24.

From the start date, you will have a designated period of time to complete the transfer to George Business. The specific timeframe will be communicated via email and BUSINESS 24. During this period, you can continue using BUSINESS 24 until the entire company has been migrated to George Business. Afterward, you will manage your finances exclusively through the new platform.

Please ensure that you complete the transition within the given timeframe to maintain uninterrupted access to your business finances.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the transition in time, your business accounts and funds will remain secure. However, you will only regain access once the transition to George Business is complete. After the deadline, BUSINESS 24 will no longer be available to your company.

What to do after the transition

  1. Check your products in George Business

    Once the transition to George Business is complete, please check that all the products you had in BUSINESS 24 are available in the new banking system. If something is missing, first check with your administrator to ensure your permissions are correctly set in George Business. If issues persist, contact your corporate advisor or call our customer service line at 956 777 793 (Mon–Fri, 7:00–17:30).

  2. Check and update contact details

    Further, please check and update your contact details, both personal and business.

  3. Set the daily payment limits for each authorized user

    Finally, the administrator needs to set the daily payment limits for each authorized user. Only the administrator (or the statutory representative in a branch) can check and adjust these limits online. You can find more detailed information in the section below.
