What should I do if I block my login and confirmation PIN for George?
- If you have locked your George PIN and only have one active device, you will need a valid activation code to unlock it. This can be obtained at your nearest ATM using a plastic card or at our branch. If you have Voice Verification activated, you can also call 800 207 207.
You can easily change your PIN with a valid activation code.
If you have George installed on multiple devices, you can reactivate George by generating a QR code on the active device with George.
