Dear clients,

We would like to draw your attention to a new form of a fraudulent e-mail (phishing) which we have noted recently, which attempts to give the impression that it was sent by Ceska sporitelna. Through it, fraudsters are attempting to elicit log-in information on a fraudulent log-in page.

Be very cautious about suspicious e-mails and always log into SERVIS 24 from the bank’s website (www.csas.cz) or directly from the www.servis24.cz or https://george.csas.cz/ website. Also be very cautious before you enter any SMS code and always carefully read all authorisation SMS messages, never communicate it with third persons. ČS never want know your safety data, including code from SMS.

If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent e-mail, do not by any means respond to its contents, do not click on any link that may be contained in it, and forward the message to us at phishing@csas.cz. If you have already clicked on the link and filled in the details that were asked of you, please contact the Ceska sporitelna client line immediately at the toll-free number 800 207 207.

If you adhere to the following principles for safe use of Internet Banking (www.csas.cz/security-commandments), you will minimise the likelihood that your money will be abused. Ceska sporitelna
