Dear clients,

We would like to draw your attention to a new form of a fraudulent e-mail (phishing) which we have noted recently, which attempts to give the impression that it was sent by Ceska sporitelna. Through it, fraudsters are attempting to elicit log-in information on a fraudulent log-in page.

Be very cautious about suspicious e-mails and always log into SERVIS 24 from the bank’s website (www.csas.cz) or directly from the www.servis24.cz or https://george.csas.cz/ website. Also be very cautious before you enter any SMS code and always carefully read all authorisation SMS messages. If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent e-mail, do not by any means respond to its contents, do not click on any link that may be contained in it, and forward the message to us at phishing@csas.cz. If you have already clicked on the link and filled in the details that were asked of you, please contact the Ceska sporitelna client line immediately at the toll-free number 800 207 207.

If you adhere to the following principles for safe use of Internet Banking (www.csas.cz/security-commandments), you will minimise the likelihood that your money will be abused. Ceska sporitelna
