Why do I confirm some payments and not others?

If you have enabled Transactions without confirmation, then:

• You do not confirm payments between your own accounts within ČS, regardless of the login method.

• If you log in via George, you do not confirm transactions to foreign accounts up to 500 CZK, unless the Bank requests confirmation for security reasons.

• If you log in via Password and SMS, for increased security of your account, as required by the second European Union directive on payment services (PSD II), you need to confirm all transactions to foreign accounts.

If you have disabled Transactions without confirmation, which you can activate in the My Bank Identity application, then regardless of the verification method, all transactions must be confirmed, both between your own accounts and to foreign accounts. The application is available in George on both mobile and computer. You can find it in the top right corner under the icon of a person.
