Who is an authorised user?

An authorised user is a person to whom the product holder gave permission to handle the funds. The holder can give permission to the authorised user for different activities, e.g., for transaction history access, payments or application for a card. However, an authorised user can never cancel the account, designate or remove other authorised users, or otherwise change the account settings.
