What if I don’t agree with the new General Terms and Conditions?

If you disagree with any of the proposed changes, you may reject it in person at a branch or in writing before the effective date. The written rejection must be sent to the following address: Česká spořitelna, a.s., Správa účtů a klientské dokumentace, Dobřenice 205, 503 25 Dobřenice. If you reject the proposed changes, you also have the right to terminate your payment account, payment card (including credit card) or telephone and internet banking contract before the effective date, free of charge and with immediate effect. If you do not agree, you may terminate other contracts under the terms specified in Article 5.1 of the General Terms and Conditions. For your clear identification, it is necessary that the rejection of the proposal and potential contract termination be provided with your certified signature. If you reject any proposed change, we will not be able to continue providing our services to you under the original terms. Even if you do not terminate the relevant contract yourself, we will have to do so.
