What do I do if I forget my George klíč app PIN?

To reset your 6-digit PIN, you need to obtain avalid activation code. You can obtain it:

• at any ČS ATM,
• if you have voice verification then on the client line 800 207 207, 
• at any branch.

Once you obtain the valid activation code, you can proceed to resetting the 6-digit PIN in “Settings” of the George klíč app.
