What do I do if I end up temporarily blocking the Password+SMS method?
You can wait until the blocking limit expires or reverse the blocking using a valid Activation Code:
- Enter your User Name on the login page.
- When the temporary security method blocking message appears, press the “Unblock in IDentity Manager” button.
- From the displayed menu choose “Activate ‘Password+SMS’ Method”.
- Enter the valid Activation Code.
- Copy the Control Code sent via SMS to your security phone number.
- Choose a new password.
