What do I do if I end up blocking the Password+SMS method permanently?
If a security method is blocked permanently, you’ll need an Activation Code to unblock it:
- Enter your User Name on the login page.
- When the security method permanent blocking message appears, press the “Unblock in IDentity Manager“ button.
- From the displayed menu, select “Activate ‘Password+SMS’ Method”.
- Enter a valid Activation Code.
- Copy the Control Code sent via SMS to your security phone number.
- Choose a new password.
