What do I do if I block my PIN?

To unblock your 6-digit PIN, you need to obtain a valid Activation Code. You can obtain it:

• At any ČS ATM
• At the ČS contact centre: 800 207 207
• At any ČS branch

When you have the valid Activation Code, you can reset the 6-digit PIN in “Settings” of the George klíč app.
