The SMS with control code was not delivered?
Please, make sure that:
- you are getting the signal,
- your phone has the SIM with your security phone number,
you free up the memory by deleting some SMS.
If the SMS still has not arrived, you must start the activation again with a new activation code.
Where you can get the new activation code:
- from any our ATM (you can get the code only with a plastic card, not with a smart device or a sticker),
- at a branch,
- at the Client Centre through the charge-free line 800 207 207:
- in case you have the active Password + SMS method and Voice verification
- in case the method George is blocked, and you have the active Voice verification (only for unblocking).
