How to start using George with an activation code?

You’ll need an activation code during the activation process.
Make sure to get it at a branch or ATM with a physical payment card before you start – otherwise, you won’t be able to complete the activation.

How to activate the George app
using an activation code?
Download the George app
by scanning the QR code
or from the app store.
Open the George app on your device.
The George app is the key to your account. Be mindful of where you install it and what you approve.
Tap on Log In.
Enter your username and date of birth, then confirm.
To better protect your finances, please enable location access.
Enter or scan the activation code you received at Česká spořitelna branch or ATM.
You will receive an SMS code to your security phone number. Enter the code and confirm.
Choose a 4 to 8-digit PIN that is easy to remember but hard to guess, and use it for confirmation in George.
Enter the same PIN again to confirmation.
For logging in and confirming transactions, you can set up fingerprint or face recognition.
All set! From now on, your George app is ready to use.
George will just tell you how notifications can help – and where to turn them on.
