How do I cancel Card and Personal Belongings Insurance?

This type of insurance is set up or an indefinite period of time. Therefore, if you wish to cancel it you must make a request.

If you have set up your insurance online or over the phone, you can withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of the set-up date.

After this period expires you can cancel the insurance by telephone, in person at a branch. Alternatively, you can make a request in writing, but it must be via a letter with a notarised signature. Once your policy has been cancelled, we will automatically return the unused portion of the monthly fee.
