When you change authorisation to multi-channel, you as the account holder can administer user authorisations for the given account in George. If you give authorised users appropriate rights for the account, they will see the account in George and will have continuous access to it. Authorised users will thereby be able to handle the account – in the internet banking, via the client centre and branches.
