How accessible are Česká spořitelna branches to clients with disabilities?

Česká spořitelna is the largest bank in the Czech Republic with the greatest number of branches and ATMs. Unfortunately, not all our branches and ATMS are accessible to everyone. Many of our branches are located in historical town centres, where renovation efforts often lead to battles with the preservation authorities. Nevertheless, we are doing our best to increase the number of branches with accessibility for clients with disabilities. To find your nearest branch or ATM, use our search engine.

For an overview of which branches and ATMs are truly barrier-free and which are only partially accessible, we have teamed together with the Prague Wheelchair User Organisation to map our entire network. An overview of our accessibility can be found in the directory, but a detailed description can also be found on www.presbariery.cz.
