From January 2022, your BUSINESS 24 Internet banking application may have problems working correctly with the Internet Explorer 11 web browser. Certain features will cease entirely. This is because technical support for the browser is being discontinued and it will no longer be secure.
How it happened
The web browser issuer (Microsoft) announced that from 15 June 2022, it will no longer provide support for the browser. This means that Internet Explorer 11 will no longer satisfy all the technical and, more importantly, security requirements.
Accordingly, we will stop developing new functionalities for the browser in January 2022 and therefore no longer recommend that you use the software.
We recommend switching to a newer and secure browser
Choosing a web browser
It all depends on what suits you and the type of computer and operating system you use.
If you are seeking a natural successor developed by Microsoft, a more modern web browser – Microsoft Edge – is available. You can also choose from other popular options.
BUSINESS 24 will operate correctly with the following web browsers:
Once released, we will carefully test the latest versions of the web browsers for three months and adapt the BUSINESS 24 service accordingly, in order to ensure everything works the way it should. Other operating systems and web browsers may not be fully compatible with BUSINESS 24; we thus cannot guarantee that everything will function 100% correctly.
Do your internal systems still require a Microsoft browser?
If so, we recommend migrating to Microsoft Edge in Internet Explorer 11 mode. You will then get a new browser that is similar to the old one, but secure. This mode is compatible with older systems and will be supported until 2029.
