Deposit accounts (fixed interest rate)*

Rates for deposits of EUR 100 thousand and higher (or equivalent in other currencies) are determined by the money market and foreign exchange trade department.

* Deposit accounts are not opened for current accounts in foreign currencies for legal entities and private individuals with effect from 1.4.2003, and deposit accounts for current accounts are not provided to the public sector clients with effect from 1.12.2003.

New deposit account (fixed interest rate)

Withdrawals od a deposit account outside the determined withdrawal period are subject to a sanction fee:

Sanction fee = withdrawn amount * 2.00 % * number of days to maturity of the deposit account / 360

The minimum sanction fee is 0.50 % of the withdrawn amount, the maximum sanction fee is 7.00 % of the withdrawn amount. The first withdrawal od the deposit account outside the determined withdrawal period is not subject to a sanction fee providing the withdrawn amount does not exceed 25 % of the initial principal in the deposit account as at the time of opening or renewing the account (except for accounts with special deposit terms).
