For whom the product is designed

• Private individuals - above 18 years of age
• citizens of the Czech Republic with permanent residency in the Czech Republic
• foreign nationals with permanent residency in the Czech Republic
• citizens of the Czech Republic or foreign nationals with permanent residency abroad

Product description

• The minimum loan amount is CZK 100 thousand; no generally applicable maximum amount is determined as it depends on the applicant's credit needs and their ability to repay the loan within the agreed period
• A specific non-cash loan (provided in the form of payments for invoices to the supplier’s or vendor’s account or payments to the seller’s account) for private purposes, such as:
  • Purchase of consumer goods (payment for the cost of delivery and installation of goods), including new and used vehicles
  • Purchase of real estate (houses, apartments, cottages, holiday houses, garages, land, etc.) into the client’s ownership
  • Payment for services
  • Payment for the cost of apartment or house renovations
  • Payment for other expenses of a personal nature (holiday, therapeutic or spa treatments, studies abroad, etc.)
  • Payment of other obligations (such as settlement of defunct co-ownership of spouses or heirs, payment of court and notary public fees, financial settlement between private individuals during transfers of the right of use of apartments, purchase of goods for personal purposes between private individuals)
  • Payment of membership shares in cooperative housing societies or cooperative associations of tenants in residential and non-residential premises (garages)
  • Payment of obligations towards municipal authorities arising from construction of new council housing or renovation and reconstruction of the council’s existing housing properties (such as prepaid rent with the council’s undertaking to conclude a future contracts or lease or purchase of an apartment)
