Financing of a trade contract is financing of manufacturing and subsequent accounts receivable (A/R) based on an already existing trade agreement.

The financing process consists of two steps:

• Pre- financing of the future A/R in form of a production financing based on a loan agreement signed by the supplier and the bank
• Subsequent A/R financing in form of
• A/R recourse or non - recourse financing
• Factoring
• Forfeiting
• Buyer’s credit
