Product description

The bank which oversees the fund’s assets management and compliance with statutory and mandatory limits shall keep records of the entire fund’s finance, settle securities transactions within specified time and shall perform other activities as provided by Act No. 189/2004 Coll. [new window] (in Czech language only) and Act No. 42/1994 Coll. as amended, and by related regulations (e.g. Regulation No. 115/2007 Coll. [new window] (in Czech language only)).

Česká spořitelna performs the depository function since the beginning of its existence in the Czech legal environment. The first depository contract was signed already in 1992.

As to the volume of assets, Česká spořitelna is the largest depository/ depository bank in the Czech Republic. Total assets under its depository control represent more than CZK 99 billion.
