Product description

As part of the service, the Bank provides to its clients custody and administration of securities, settlement of transactions with securities both on domestic and foreign markets.

The bank opens and maintains for the client an asset/securities account on which deals on financial markets are transacted according to the client’s instructions. As a custodian, the bank performs activities aiming at observance of rights associated with securities under its custody. It collects and credits to the client’s account yields such as dividends, coupons from debt securities or matured principals; it also processes “corporate actions” such as securities splitting, subscription rights, etc. and deals with tax refunds at the client’s request. The bank can further take into custody clients´ certificated securities. Clients receive relevant reporting for all above services.
