Product description

Česká spořitelna offers a short- term and medium- term, exceptionally long- term financing of local or exporter accounts receivable (A/R) with deferred maturity:

• Supplier’s loan to the maximum amount of 80% of the nominal A/R which serve as a collateral
• Buyer’s loan
• A/R financing with recourse against the supplier
• Forfeiting
• Factoring

The prerequisites for providing of such financing are the analyses of the transaction (trade agreement, payment and delivery terms, sub-debtors, payment and delivery terms, cost calculation, cash-flow) the analysis of the buyer and territorial risk (if relevant). The conditions of each transaction are agreed individually.
