ERSTE Group together with Austria's Savings Banks offer their services in 10 countries in the European Union and beyond.

In an effort to provide current and prospective commercial clients the best services, a group-wide network International Desk within the ERSTE Group has been established as an information and support unit for internationally active commercial clients (companies with an annual turn over of over CZK 30 mil.) 

International Desk is present in every ERSTE Group bank and provides information about ERSTE Group, particular banks and their products and services and intermediates contacts to concrete relationship managers (for prospective clients).

What is International Desk?

International Desk:

• Is the first contact point, which answers your questions regarding:
  • ERSTE Group
  • ERSTE Group countries
  • ERSTE Group banks
• Products and services of the particular banks within the ERSTE Group
• Fees and other conditions of particular products and services
• Provides basic information and support to all commercial clients
• Represents a closely linked network within the ERSTE Group quickly providing the information requested
• Maintains a common data base (information, documents), continuously extended and updated
• Intermediates contact to the appropriate relationship manager
