Product description

The service involves sending and receiving invoices in an electronic format with the option of their direct payment through the direct banking channel. The model offered by the bank uses the so-called consolidation concept, which means that the issuer sends invoices in their own data format (supported by the model) to the consolidator and the consolidator converts these invoices to the required format (supported by the model) and sends them to the relevant recipients.

Options for issuing/receiving invoices:

• Connection directly to the company's accounting/ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system - sending/receiving invoices directly from/to the accounting system
• Through an internet portal - receiving invoices in a data and graphics format with the option of importing received invoices to the accounting system. Export of issued invoices from the accounting system to the internet portal or issuing invoices directly in the portal.
