Product description

Cross Border Loan enables expansion of your business activities to other ERSTE Group banks. You can get financing for your subusudiary in any of ERSTE Group banks (Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Ukraine).

What is Cross Border Loan?

• Financing of the subsidiary is based on the creditworthiness of the mother company
• Financing of the subsidiary is provided against a bank guarantee issued by the mother company's bank
• Financing products of the mother company are:
  • Working Capital (max 12 months)
  • Investment Loan (max 3 years)
  • Bank guarantee (max 12 months)
• Financing volume: EUR 50 ths - EUR 10 mil.
