Advisory

We provide consultation service since the very beginning of the grant-applying-for project development process. We assess a project design with the potential of grant earning, select the most suitable grant programme, consult the project and verify the acceptability of the applicant and the project for free.

Financing

When designing the structure of financing we take following specifics of EU-funds subsidized projects into account:

• On submitting the application the entrepreneur or company usually has to prove financial coverage of the project costs, eventually of the costs of an adequate project part after a particular project phase finishing.
• The entrepreneur or company does not obtain grant until implementation of the project and expenditure check.
• Grant does not cover 100 per cent of the project costs.
• There is a frequent requirement to prove the ability to cover the costs of the whole project or its particular phase by the means of standby credit already at the time of submitting the grant application. Depending on particular grant programme requirements we will issue either binding or not-binding type of standby credit.

We offer you following variants of financing EU-funds subsidized projects:

You can choose

A) whether to use the grant for partial early settlement of loan covering the EU-funds subsidized project or for funding your subsequent business plans

or

B) to apply for two separate loans - one for spanning the time between the EU-funds subsidized project implementation and grant receiving that will be redeemed in a single repayment afterwards, and the other for covering the project.

Grant application processing

Grant application is submitted electronically and it is necessary to replenish it with due attachments. We offer you assistance with grant and its attachments preparation, i.e. application filling (including required attachments), cooperation with attachments procuring, elaboration of basic or extended feasibility study as well as Cost Benefit analysis.

Legal and advisory servicing during the project implementation

If the project falls under the duty to carry out selection procedure according to the Law on Public Contracts or the rules of individual grant programmes, we are ready to arrange a full-scale implementation of selection procedure fulfilling all prescribed prerequisites and including elaboration of a draft of selection procedure notice, proposal of assessment criteria, participation terms and ordering documentation, methodical guidance of assessment committee as well as participants notification about the procedure results and processing a notice of contract conclusion together with securing its publication.

Subsidy management

In case of violating the project implementation, management and monitoring rules the grant may be reduced or withdrawn. Naturally, we endeavour to prevent your project from that, hence we offer you securing approved grant management for the purpose of its utilization and retention, monitoring, check-up and obligatory indicators fulfilment reporting, elaboration of monitoring reports, preparation of payment requests including appendices and other services as well.
