Opened until the day preceding the 18th birthday of the owner of
deposit on the savings book; on the day of the 18th birthday of the
savings book’s deposit owner the deposit starts to bear an interest as on
standard savings books with withdrawal notice.
On Children Savings Books opened after May 1st 2005 and existing on
December 31st of the given year which do not comply with terms and
conditions agreed with the Bank, the interest rate on the entire deposit
balance will be decreased in that calendar year as follows:

1) if deposit or its part withdrawn during the given
calendar year (except for withdrawal of interests for the preceding calendar
year ), the interest rate is decreased by

0.40 % |

2) if no withdrawals made according to par. 1) above
and the deposit amount is not increased within that calendar year by at least
CZK 6000, the interest rate will be decreased by
|
0.20 % |
In the year when opened and in the jubilee year (i.e. the year of the deposit
owner’s 18th birthday), Children Savings Books (not subject to
exemption according to par. 1) and 2) above) bear a bonus interest calculated
on a pro rata basis.

Compensation for a failure to observe a repayment notice*
Compensation for a failure to observe a repayment notice applicable to
regular savings books with a repayment notice, savings books for children with
a repayment notice and Christmas savings books:

*The compensation is calculated according to the withdrawn amount.
Funds deposited in savings books for children established on or after 1.5.2005
can be withdrawn from the day of the 18th birthday of the savings
book deposit owner to the end of the following calendar year without payment of
the compensation for a failure to observe a repayment notice.
Implementation period for savings books with a repayment notice
The implementation period (i.e. a period during which the deposit can be
withdrawn after the end of the applicable repayment notice without payment of
the compensation) for regular savings books with a repayment notice, savings
books for children with a repayment notice and Christmas savings
books:

Premiums applicable to savings books for children established on or prior
to 30.4.2005*
The following premiums are credited to savings books for children
established on or prior to 30.4.2005 as of the dates of the child’s
jubilees:

*The premiums are conditional on maintaining the minimum balance in a savings
book for children established on or prior to 30.4.2005 of CZK 10 thousand
throughout the month of the child’s jubilee. Each client is entitled to one
premium per jubilee, regardless of the number of savings books for children
established in their name.
