Correspondence Method for the Change of Telephone Number and SMS Settings

If you cannot come to Česká spořitelna branch in person, you can change the telephone number for sending Authorisation SMSs via correspondence method:

  • Form Request for Set-up/Change/Cancellation of Telephone Number and SMS is available at the Česká spořitelna website,
  • Print out the form and fill it in – separately for every account, for which you wish to change the telephone number or the settings; please state the complete settings for the required account, and not just the add-ons/changes of the existing settings (for example, if you receive Balance SMSs and you will state only the Authorisation SMS on the form, as a result the Balance SMSs will be cancelled),
  • Your signature on the form needs to be legally verified (In case the Czech Republic has not the Mutual Legal Assistance Agreement concluded with the country in which you are having your signature verified, your signature has to be endorsed with an apostile clause (such state is the Hague Treaty signatory) or verified with the so-called superlegalisation.),
  • Please, send the original of your request to the address of Česká spořitelna branch that administers your account (the request CANNOT be scanned and sent by e-mail),
  • We will process your request at the branch at the latest on the next working day after the request is received.
