When do I receive my first electronic invoice?

When activating e-invoicing in SERVIS 24, the ČEZ Prodej service is activated automatically.

Within 5 days after the service activation in SERVIS 24 a document from ČEZ Prodej, s.r.o. will be delivered to you confirming replacement of paper billing by an electronic invoicing. You have 14 days period after the activation in SERVIS 24 to express your disagreement with electronic invoicing, after which ČEZ Prodej will switch to electronic invoicing and will stop mailing paper invoices. The service is active as soon as the next regular invoice is issued.  

How do I choose consumption points for which I want to receive e-invoices?

The electronic invoicing service is activated by ČEZ Prodej always for all customer’s consumption points. The service does not allow individual selection of consumption points.

Can I activate electronic invoicing if I'm not a ČEZ Prodej customer?

You can activate the service for your consumption point, but in order for the activation to be accepted by ČEZ Prodej you must make sure it is not disapproved by the customer of ČEZ Prodej shown on the invoice; the customer must be informed about such activation in writing.
