Terms of Use

• The www.csas.cz and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz website is operated by Česká spořitelna, a. s. (“the Operator”), which according to the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll., (“the Copyright Act”), is entitled to exercise the copyright to this website.
• The Operator hereby issues the terms and conditions for the use of the www.csas.cz and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz websites (“the Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all visitors who intend to use www.csas.cz  and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz . It is therefore recommended that users read the contents of the Terms and Conditions carefully.
• Information published on www.csas.cz  and www.hypotecnicentrum  are intended for the public.
• Pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, the Operator may make the access to www.csas.cz and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz fully or partially conditional upon the provision of certain personal data by the user. In such a case, the Operator will use the data in accordance with relevant legal provisions and in a manner preventing any potential harm in respect of the person to whom the data relate.
• Some services may be subject to a "Consent with Mailing of Information" which is given upon registration to Česká spořitelna's portals. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time in User Data Administration. Withdrawal or failure to give such consent may result in the non-functioning of some services for which such consent is mandatory.
• Unless approved by the Operator, the  www.csas.cz  and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz website (as a whole or its individual parts) may not be used for other than own needs. Any other use is subject to prior approval by the Operator under the Copyright Act. Access to www.csas.cz and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz and its use is provided free of charge.

• With the exception of these Terms and Conditions and unless otherwise explicitly agreed, publication of any facts or information on www.csas.cz  and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz shall not have the nature of a legal act resulting in a legal relationship between the Operator and the Internet user.
• All information published on the website is of an informative value only.
• These Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended solely by the Operator. Any legal relationship between the Operator and the user of the website commencing before modification or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be ruled by the wording as effective on the relationship commencement date.
• The Terms and Conditions for the use of the  www.csas.cz and www.hypotecnicentrum.cz websites become valid and effective on the date of their publishing. The Terms and Conditions were published on February 15, 2001.
