You can register on the portal of Česká spořitelna www.csas.cz or on our special portal dedicated to housing www.hypotecnicentrum.cz (in Czech only). Registration on both the portals is uniform - i.e. as soon as you register, you can use the same login data and exploit all the advantages that we offer.

You may subscribe to the mailing of the above specified information either during registration or later after logging in on our Information service/Mailing of information service news pages. You may also easily unsubscribe from the news mailing service on these pages.

How to proceed during registration

1. You may access registration by clicking on the New registration link in the “Login” portlet:  on the right hand side of the homepage. With view to the security of transmitted data, you will be redirected to a secured connection.
2. On the following page, select whether you wish to register as a private person or a business entity.
3. Complete all required data.
4. Submit the completed form.
5. Kindly re-check all data and confirm their correctness.
6. A page providing a recapitulation of the submitted data will be displayed. We recommend to print out and to keep this page for future reference. It will aid you in case you forget your user name.
7. On the following form, select the news you wish to receive. When registering a business entity, up to 5 various e-mail addresses may be chosen.  You may then select the news you wish to receive on each of these e-mails.

The registration procedure is now complete and you will be redirected to the homepage.

All entered data serve solely for the internal purposes of the bank and they will be handled and treated within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll.,  on the protection of personal data . If the data are not completed, the registration procedure will not be successful and you will not be able to make use of all the advantages associated with registration.

How to log in

1. In the “Login” portlet: select Information service on the right hand side of the homepage. 
2. Enter your user name which you have selected during registration. 
3. Enter your password and submit. 
4. After logging in, the My profile portlet will be displayed with all the options serving for the administration of your user profile. 

How to subscribe to news

1. Log in as a registered user (see How to log in ). 
2. Select Order newsletter in the My profile portlet. 
3. If you are registered as a business entity, you may enter from 1 up to 5 e-mail addresses to receive news.  
4. Then choose, whether you wish to receive news with or without diacritical marks. 
5. Select the news you wish to receive by ticking the appropriate box (some news may not be accessible for you).  
6. Select Adjust. 
7. On the confirmation screen, check whether the selected option was effected. 
8. If all the data are correct, select Confirm. By selecting Cancel, you will return without saving changes. 
9. After confirming, you will be redirected to the homepage.
